Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Product Development Assistant to support the Product Development Team in bringing TM products from concept to production. This role provides exposure to the life-cycle of TM apparel and accessories across categories.

Responsibilities include updating PLM tracking, processing shipments, evaluating samples, and coordinating with overseas and domestic suppliers to keep development on schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of product development lifecycles and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with PLM/Centric systems and sample evaluation.
• Comfort communicating with overseas and domestic suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Update development tracking reports in PLM; track receipts.
• Receive and process packages; communicate shipment/receipt status to team.
• Spec and evaluate samples as they arrive for the Development team.
• Daily communications with vendors and suppliers both overseas and domestically.
• Support development from proto stage to final production approval.
• Assist with development process per company calendar.
• Input/updates to PLM/Centric systems.
