Qualifications

• Good people skills.
• Able to identify different shades and tones of color.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.
• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories and check for flaws.
• Hang and tag quality donations quickly per agency standards, while meeting production targets.
• Maintain the processing area in a neat and clean condition for the next shift.
• Follow agency safety policies and address identified safety concerns with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
