Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers.

Working hands-on in stores, you'll be responsible for styling mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. Responsibilities include updating displays, managing stock, executing planograms, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, styling) is desired.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A portfolio of work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in setting up apparel displays, updating fixture signage, and cleaning departments in areas remodeled.
• Participates in stockroom management responsibilities and requires strong organizational skills.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports, including before and after photos and feedback, using our Winston App on a smartphone.
