Dollar Tree is seeking an Associate Merchant- Apparel to support the Category Director and Merchants with merchandising processes across channels. You will help with assortment development, execution of strategy, and promotional planning, while preparing analyses and vendor recommendations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and independent work in a fast-paced corporate environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1-3 years of merchandise/buying experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Director and Merchants with merchandising processes.
• Develop assortment, execute merchandising strategy, and plan promotions.
• Prepare category analyses and vendor evaluations.
• Develop category plan-o-guides, display guides, and promotional materials.
• Contribute to weekly business reviews and monthly P&L input.
