Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking an on-site Retail Associate in Charlotte, NC. No experience is required, and you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that helps fund job creation and community programs.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with annual raises and production bonuses, plus benefits like medical, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement (Full Time Only). You’ll perform clothing handling, merchandising, donation processing, and cashiering as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

Strong close and depth vision are essential.
