Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in Charlotte, NC is hiring a store associate. You will hang, sort, and display clothing, meet daily quotas, and assist donors while keeping displays neat and organized.

No experience is required; we value a strong work ethic and reliability. You will stand, move racks, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds as part of a fast-paced team environment with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by store management.

Strong close and depth vision are essential.
