Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a team member to hang pre-sorted clothing, rotate stock with our color tag system, and keep displays neat and organized on the sales floor. The role supports donation processing and may involve cashiering as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, move racks, and handle clothing.
• Reliable, honest, and respectful.
• Willing to learn and contribute to a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; comfortable with standing and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing using color tag system.
• Move clothing to/from sales floor and keep displays neat.
• Count and report items processed daily.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by store management.

What You’ll Do

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

Strong close and depth vision are essential.
