Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring a Clothing Processor to hang, sort, and display donated garments to meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced on-site setting. You'll help keep displays neat, counts accurate, and shelves stocked.

No experience is required—just a strong work ethic and attention to detail. We offer training, a starting wage of $15/hour with annual raises and production bonuses, and benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following procedures.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

Strong close and depth vision are essential.
