Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring to hang, sort, and display clothing while meeting daily quotas. You will group and rotate items using a color tag system and move stock to the sales floor, keeping displays neat and organized.

No experience is required; a strong work ethic and attention to detail are valued. You’ll report daily counts, maintain safety, and support donations, with training and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; reliable and detail-oriented.
• Team-oriented with ability to stay organized in a busy store.
• Physically able to stand, hang clothing, and move racks.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

Strong close and depth vision are essential.
