Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience with strong production artwork skills.
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop on macOS; strong typography and layout capabilities.
• Experience vectorizing logos and preparing production-ready files.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create original designs and layouts for apparel, promotional products, and marketing materials.
• Prepare production-ready files and vectorize raster logos for production.
• Generate CMYK and spot color separations for screen printing and DTF.
• Coordinate with sales to address artwork questions and manage proofs.
• Maintain organized digital and physical design files and art notes.
• Support photography, catalogs, and website assets as needed.
