Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Production Artist II for the Apparel Graphic Production team. The role focuses on turning art into production-ready files for both physical prototypes and digital renders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the graphic process.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field and 3+ years in design/production, with advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of design/production experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables.
• Knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates.
• Strong listening, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while collaborating with the team.
• Laser focus on critical details that often get missed.
• Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities.
• Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community.
• Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Browzwear) is preferred.
• Understanding of Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro is a plus.

We are experts at putting art on both physical prototypes and digital renders. This role amplifies graphic design by delivering flawless, production-ready files. They are a trusted resource within the team, creating detailed and accurate graphic schematics, with the ability to run point for Production Art within given categories by attending meetings, identifying personal action items, and being available as the go-to graphic production resource for a greater, cross-functioning team. This candidate needs to have a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, while keeping production moving forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment
• Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
• Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables
