Job summary

EDI Staffing seeks an Application Support Analyst to support BlueCherry ERP and related business applications. The role acts as a liaison between business users and technology teams, providing daily application support and optimizing ERP processes across departments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ERP support, experience with apparel/retail ERP platforms, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills to collaborate with Operations, Sales, Production, Distribution, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications

3+ years of ERP or enterprise application support experience.
Experience supporting an ERP system within apparel, fashion, footwear, wholesale, retail, or consumer products.
Understanding of business processes related to order management, inventory, purchasing, production, allocation, fulfillment, and distribution.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day application support for BlueCherry ERP and related business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, data, and user-related issues.
Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
Monitor system processes, scheduled jobs, and application performance for reliability.
