Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analysis or system support experience
• Experience implementing EDI processes with internal and external clients
• Experience with 850, 810, 856, 832, 855, 852, 846
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to write scripts for automation, troubleshooting, and support tasks
• Experience with BlueCherry ERP is required

Responsibilities

• Provide EDI support to clients and coordinate EDI activities with trading partners
• Act as liaison between client groups and systems programmers
• Review ERP setup to meet internal and external requirements
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues in ERP modules, shipping, order processing, invoicing, and accounting
• Deliver and review maps and trading partner setups
• Review and confirm EDI communication software setups with trading partners
• Maintain documentation of known resolutions and FAQs
• Provide information to developers based on customer-reported issues
