Job summary

Hireproo LLC is seeking an EDI specialist with hands-on experience in CGS Blue Cherry to support fashion apparel wholesale operations. The role involves training end users across sales, production, and allocations, and managing EDI-related tasks and file processing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train end users in sales, production, EDI, and allocations.
• Hands-on EDI tasks and related processes.
• Set up and test retail partner configurations (832, 850, 860, 870, 856, 810, 855).
• Set up and test 3PL partner configurations (832, 888, 940, 945, 943, 944).
• Maintain daily transactions and set up auto error reports.
• Set up control tables to properly process files.

Job Duties:

• CGS Blue Cherry knowledge required.
• Fashion apparel or footwear, wholesale manufacturing experience preferred - multi brand /multi
• Ability to train end users in various functions (sales, production, EDI, Allocations)
• . Hands-on EDI experience, will be directly involved related tasks and processes
• Must master the following EDI transactions:
  • Retail partners set up and testing (832, 850, 860, 870, 856, 810, 855)
  • 3PL Partners set up and testing (832, 888, 940, 945, 943, 944)
  • Daily transaction maintenance
  • c. Set up auto reports to notify of errors.
  • d. Set up control tables to properly process files.
