Job summary

Naked Wardrobe, a global luxury womenswear and streetwear brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Drop Ship Coordinator in California. The role focuses on managing drop ship accounts, order processing, inventory control, and partner communications to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in wholesale/e-commerce drop ship coordination, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and apparel industry experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in wholesale operations, e-commerce, or drop ship coordination.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and order management platforms (NETSUITE, DSCO, MIRAKL or similar).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Los Angeles, CA.
• Must have apparel experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, update, and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Resolve order issues, discrepancies, returns, and escalations in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Track and report KPIs such as fulfillment rate, cancellations, and shipping performance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and business trends.
• Process and track daily drop ship orders and returns across all partner platforms.
• Assist in general warehouse duties when needed, including organization, and cycle counts.
• Other duties assigned by department manager.
