Job summary

Qualifications

• Design experience in mass-market or private-label apparel.
• Strong technical design skills with CADs, flat sketches, and artwork.
• Deep understanding of garment construction and spec sheets.
• Production knowledge with lab dips and strike-offs review.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and production teams to bring collections from concept to execution.
• Sketch CADs, create technical packages, and manage fit updates.
• Oversee submissions, evaluate lab dips, strike-offs, fabrics, trims and samples.
• Translate fit updates into the system.
• Work with team to ensure deadlines are met.
