You will work with cross-functional teams to realize design roadmaps, develop tech packs, and contribute to seasonal brand development. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, merchandising, or related field.
• 2–3 years design experience in menswear.
• Specialized knowledge in men’s fashion, merchandising and technical design.
• Experience with garment construction, trims, fabrics, and fit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify silhouettes, fabrics, colors and seasonal initiatives.
• Adhere to calendars and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Approve lab dips and provide direction with fabric and trim teams.
• Define product details aligned with the design roadmap.
• Create, submit and update tech packs.
• Assist Design Director with seasonal brand development and presentations.
• Maintain sketch library and ensure timely handoffs to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate seasonal sample requests with product development.
