Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus six months Fred Meyer experience and related retail experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age (19 in Alaska).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel independently on a rare basis.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet fixed deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to customers; perform cashier functions.
• Maintain compliance with standards, policies and labor agreements.
• Verify ads are in stock and perform ad audits.
• Process and file mail; access on-line sales information.
• Maintain RMS procedures and participate in shrink control.
• Respond to customer comments and complete incident reports when needed.
• Process salvages, donations, and credits; handle transfers.
• Ensure store areas are inviting and reflect Our People Are Great.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
