Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about department products.
• Gain knowledge of department products and respond to questions with product suggestions.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Notify the department manager of ordering/shipping discrepancies.
• Stay current with ads and promotions while adhering to department standards.
• Observe scheduled shift hours and follow safety codes.
• Demonstrate friendly customer service and maintain a clean, orderly department.
• Promote sales through announcements and assist with merchandising displays.
