Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Retail Allocator to manage store- and size-level allocations across the U.S. and Canada for Apparel and Accessories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, or a related inventory management role.
• Strong aptitude for numbers with solid retail math skills and an understanding of forecasting methodology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIF, IF statements, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute store and size-level allocations for Apparel and Accessories across all domestic U.S. and Canada Skechers locations.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain balance with business objectives.
• Manage size breaks, size curves, and pack strategies to optimize sell-through and reduce stockouts.
• Set up and maintain model stock replenishment for basic/core items with ongoing adjustments based on sales shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely product availability in stores.
