Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years in allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, or related inventory role.
• Strong retail math, forecasting understanding, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute store- and size-level allocations for Apparel and Accessories across U.S. and Canada.
• Analyze inventory trends at chain, store cluster, and individual store levels.
• Maintain model stock replenishment and adjust for sales shifts and promotions.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Planning, Buying, and Store teams on allocation strategy.
• Develop and maintain selling and inventory reports and ad hoc analyses.
