Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Retail Allocator to drive inventory performance for Apparel and Accessories across the U.S. and Canada.

You will own store-level allocations, monitor stock levels, and optimize size breaks to support sales and margins. You will collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Visual, and Retail Field teams to ensure the right product reaches the right stores in the right quantities and timelines.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles; familiarity with KPIs such as sell-through and weeks of supply.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving to interpret data into action.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with ability to summarize complex ideas concisely.

Responsibilities

• Execute store- and size-level allocations for Apparel and Accessories across domestic U.S. and Canada Skechers retail locations.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain balance with business objectives.
• Manage size breaks, size curves, and pack strategies to optimize sell-through and reduce stockouts.
• Set up and maintain model stock replenishment for basic/core items with adjustments based on sales shifts and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely allocation and replenishment.
