Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail allocation, inventory management, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Excel and allocation software (O9, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail).
• Experience in footwear retail is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust store inventory by product category based on sales and promotions.
• Tailor allocation strategies to individual stores and local demand patterns.
• Own store-level reporting across gender and product class metrics.
• Ensure size integrity and replenishment patterns across stores.
• Coordinate in-season and end-of-season transfers to rebalance inventory.
• Provide actionable insights for buying decisions and assortment planning.
• Support timely and accurate delivery of goods to stores with operations teams.
• Coach and train retail allocators to improve team performance.
