Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company, seeks a Store Planner to lead allocation analysts and optimize apparel inventory across the USA and Canada. You will ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right times to maximize sales and profitability, while minimizing markdowns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in retail allocation, inventory management, or similar role.
Proven track record of building, managing, and mentoring talent.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
Proficiency with Excel and allocation software (e.g., O9, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail).

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of allocation analysts and optimize apparel distribution across USA & Canada.
Monitor sales trends and adjust store inventory by product category.
Collaborate with buyers to inform allocation decisions and align with financial plans.
Own store-level reporting and analyze sell-through and turns to improve efficiency.
Coordinate in-season and end-of-season transfers to rebalance inventory.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to stores and mitigate stockouts for key styles.
