Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Care team as a per-diem Primary Care Virtualist. Work 100% remotely with flexible shifts across multiple practices in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities include video visits for urgent care, behavioral health, chronic disease management, AWVs and transitions of care, with Epic EHR documentation. MA license required; competitive hourly pay and shift differentials offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with NP/PA credential.
• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license.
• Active DEA and MCSR registrations.
• Board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct video-only virtual visits across urgent, acute, behavioral health, and chronic disease needs.
• Provide AWVs, annual exams, and transitions of care.
• Document encounters in Epic and ensure accurate charting.
