Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. seeks an Associate Project Manager Level III (Code Compliance or Accessibility Specialist) for the MTA C&D-DSO project. The one-year assignment covers 60% office work and 40% field work across NY locations including White Plains and Jamaica.

Normal hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, 40 hours weekly, with limited overtime as required. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s in engineering/architecture/business/public administration with 2 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with 6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field and 2 years' experience.
• Alternative: high school diploma with 6 years' experience.
• Minimum of three years' supervisory experience in code enforcement, ADA design, plan review, or related inspections.

Responsibilities

• Review capital projects for compliance with NYS Fire and Building Codes and ADA.
• Review drawings/narratives for Master Plans and scopes of work for compliance.
• Participate in design review meetings to ensure ADA integration.
• Perform construction acceptance and maintenance inspections for Fire, Code and ADA compliance.
