Job summary

Lithic, based in New York City, is seeking a Technical Support Manager to enhance API customer support processes. You will oversee a small team, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure effective communication with clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a technical role with prior management experience. This is a hybrid position, with candidates required to work in the Soho office three days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical customer or client-facing role.
• Experience managing at least 2 direct reports.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement support processes for API customers.
• Ensure timely emergency responses 24/7.
• Directly manage 1-2 mid-level Support Engineers.
