Goldman Sachs is seeking a Product Manager Analyst - API to collaborate with product managers, engineers, implementation teams, and commercial partners to deliver our API offerings. You will help improve the developer experience and documentation to accelerate client integration.

In this role you will gather requirements, analyze usage data, and support API launches, while learning about payments, treasury management, and fintech concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Foundational understanding of APIs and developer platforms (REST, JSON, OpenAPI, SDKs).
• Experience with frontend design tools like Figma, Framer, Retool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to translate concepts into docs.

Mansioni

• Maintain and improve developer-facing API documentation.
• Analyze client feedback, adoption metrics and trends to enhance developer experience.
• Support clients and internal teams in understanding API capabilities.
• Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and feature requests for APIs.
• Participate in testing and validation activities for new APIs and connectivity enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, implementation, servicing, and commercial teams for launches.
