Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in product management, business analysis, operations, or related role in payments/banking.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of the API and file-based channels roadmap.
• Assist in canonical conversion of varied client payment formats into standardized internal formats.
• Analyze payment transmission data to identify failure patterns, errors, latency, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with customers, implementation and servicing teams on new feature requests and delivery.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation and runbooks used by engineering and client-facing teams.
• Track and report on key operational metrics and translate findings into backlog items.
• Participate in UAT for new payment formats, connectivity types, and channel enhancements.
• Flag recurring pain points and propose incremental fixes to formats and processes.
