Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive scaling and core efficiency programs for the API stack, working at the intersection of the API and the underlying infrastructure. You will connect isolated workstreams across API, infrastructure, database, networking, and inference teams, define ownership, expose cross-org dependencies, and craft a coherent roadmap that scales efficiently.

The role requires strong communication and a track record of delivering complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with API platforms, distributed systems and core infrastructure programs.
• Ability to coordinate multi-team dependencies and prioritize work across organizations.

Responsabilités

• Drive scaling and core efficiency programs for the API stack from architectural direction through deliverable execution.
• Run multiple large programs across infrastructure, networking, and API layers.
• Act as the connective tissue between API, infrastructure, database, networking, and inference teams, owning cross-org dependencies end to end.
• Establish decision-making clarity: ownership, trade-offs, and roll-up views for programs.
• Surface risks, progress, and trade-offs to engineering leadership with appropriate cadence.
