Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to operate API production equipment at our Petersburg, VA site. You will support GMP-driven processes, maintain equipment, and ensure batch records meet standards. The role requires careful adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.

You will work closely with experienced technicians, follow training plans, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree acceptable with experience.
• Experience in GMP/regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong problem solving and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate API manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
• Maintain inventories and ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP.
• Review batch records in real time and assist with training.
