Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Technical Product Owner – API Integrations to guide partner implementations and shape next-generation integration capabilities.

You will bridge customers, commercial teams, partners, and engineering across global teams supporting telematics, data, analytics, and cloud services. You will write features and user stories, partner with customers and vendors, and work with engineering on REST API, webhooks, and data-sharing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related software delivery role.
• Strong requirements-authoring skills within Agile product development.
• Experience with API integrations, SaaS integrations, or enterprise integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and write features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release requirements for new integration capabilities.
• Partner with customers, dealers, software vendors, and technology partners to gather integration requirements and drive implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering to define API capabilities, webhooks, event streaming, and data-sharing services.
• Support API onboarding, credential management, documentation reviews, and developer enablement.
• Develop onboarding procedures, troubleshooting guides, escalation paths, and Tier 1/2 support readiness.
• Improve customer self-service onboarding experiences and integration workflows.
• Enable data distribution through APIs, Snowflake Data Sharing, Kafka, Kinesis, and webhooks.
