Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. seeks a Technical Product Owner for API Integrations to bridge customers, partners, and engineering.

You will write features, shape API capabilities, and drive successful implementations across our teams in a hybrid work environment. The role partners with customers, vendors, and technical teams to enable API onboarding, credential management, and robust data-sharing services using REST APIs, webhooks, and streaming technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree with 5–7 years in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience in Agile product development and requirements authoring.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and write features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release requirements for new integration capabilities.
• Gather integration requirements and drive successful implementations with customers, dealers, software vendors, and technology partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to define API capabilities, webhook functionality, event-streaming solutions, and data-sharing services.
• Support API onboarding, credential management, documentation reviews, and developer enablement.
• Develop onboarding procedures, troubleshooting guides, and support readiness.
• Improve self-service onboarding experiences and integration workflows.
• Enable data distribution through APIs, Snowflake Data Sharing, Kafka, and Kinesis.
