Qualifications

• Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with chatbot or Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) platforms.
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing and validation.
• Strong understanding of JSON data format.
• Experience working in E2, E4, and Production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain API integrations for IVA and chatbot solutions.
• Use Postman to test, validate, and troubleshoot API functionality.
• Work with Apigee to manage and support API services.
• Create and maintain JSON request and response payloads.
• Support deployments and troubleshooting across E2, E4, and Production environments.
• Integrate APIs with SQL Server stored procedures to retrieve and update data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable API performance and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API and integration-related issues.
