We are looking for a AI Engineerto design, develop, and enhance a next-generation AI-powered chatbot. This role will focus on leveragingGenerative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP)to create intelligent, dynamic, and context-aware virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine AI interactions and ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimizeGenerative AI-poweredvirtual assistants for dynamic and accurate responses.
• UtilizeLLMs and fine-tuning techniqueswithinVertex AIto improve conversational capabilities.
• Design and implementconversational experiences in Dialogflow CX, incorporating Playbooks and structured tools.
• Analyze chatbot performance usingBigQuery and Looker Studio, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Applyprompt engineering strategiesto refine AI interactions and optimize response quality.
• Implementretrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniquesto enhance the chatbot’s ability to provide real-time, relevant information.
• IntegrateGoogle Cloud Functionsfor seamless backend automation and connectivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate, and iterate AI model performance using real-world user feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants usingDialogflow CX and Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding ofGenerative AI, NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Expertise inGoogle Cloud Services, includingVertex AI, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Cloud Functions.
• Familiarity withDialogflow Playbooks and Toolsfor structured AI development.
• Hands-on experience inanalyzing AI performance metricsand improving model accuracy.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effectiveConversational AIsolutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge ofAPIs, cloud security best practices, and AI ethics.
• Proficiency inPython or JavaScriptfor AI model integration and automation.
• Experience withretrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approachesfor knowledge retrieval.
