Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts for developers, business stakeholders, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the documentation lifecycle across API portfolios.
• Write and maintain API references (endpoints, parameters, sample code, error handling) and getting started guides.
• Create tutorials, narratives, and visuals to demonstrate API integration patterns and business value.
• Collaborate with product developers and marketing to produce accurate sales collateral and web copy.
