Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of test plans and cases for various applications.
• Implement automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG.
• Use GITHUB for version control and collaboration.
• Apply BDD methodologies to facilitate clear stakeholder communication.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Maven.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and performance issues.
• Adhere to SAFe Agile principles in testing processes.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and develop documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong skills in GITHUB, BDD, SAFe, SQL, Cucumber, Jenkins, Java, TestNG, Jira, Selenium, Maven, and PL/SQL.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.

The annual salary ranges from $71,100 to $112,500, depending on experience, with eligibility for discretionary incentives. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays and time off, 401(k), disability coverage, parental leave, and stock purchase plans.
