As an API Account Manager, you will maintain and develop relationships with API clients and strengthen our presence in the local market.

This is a remote position available to candidates residing in the United States.

Job Responsibilities
  1. API Optimization: Use data-driven methods to analyze and improve API performance, ensuring effective partner utilization to boost growth and engagement.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with commercial, technical, and product teams to enhance API offerings aligned with strategic goals.
  3. Technical Troubleshooting: Support partners with API issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems.
  4. Business Development: Seek opportunities to expand our API partner network, increasing revenue and market presence.
  5. Travel: Approximately 20% of your time will involve travel for meetings, industry events, and related activities.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry, focusing on API performance monitoring and management, onboarding API-connected customers, and analyzing technical metrics.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Proactive, ambitious, results-oriented, tech-savvy, comfortable in fast-paced environments, team-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Located anywhere in the US with a valid work permit; visa sponsorship is not available.
