Job summary

Seattle Children’s seeks a Nursing leader to collaborate with the Director, Clinical Directors, physicians and staff to advance patient care within the Dialysis and Apheresis programs on a 24/7 basis. You will develop staffing plans, schedule and develop staff to meet needs while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a BSN, at least 2 years of RN experience and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) years RN experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Current Washington State or Multistate RN license.
• Bachelor's degree on record with HR at hire.
• Nursing or healthcare-related professional board certification recognized by ANCC and Seattle Children’s; must be maintained.
• Current BLS certification; PEARS or PALS accepted in lieu of BLS; ACLS not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop staffing plans and scheduling.
• Manage and assess staffing to ensure 24/7 patient care coverage.
• Enhance patient care services within Dialysis and Apheresis programs.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead staff development and ongoing professional growth.
• Partner with Directors, physicians, and clinical staff to support program growth.
