University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Nurse Manager for Dialysis, Apheresis & Ambulatory Treatment Center. The role oversees the Ambulatory Treatment Center, CMC Dialysis Care and Donor Apheresis Center, leading nursing practice and workforce development.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN (or MN), 3+ years of progressive clinical/managerial experience, and Ohio RN licensure with BLS. Strong leadership, change management, and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Progressive clinical and management experience required.
• RN license in Ohio and/or Multi State Compact.
• BLS certification required; certification in leadership specialty within 1 year.
