Job summary

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering techniques to reduce waste, define ROI, and guide PMTs in problem solving, with a focus on sustaining gains through change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in a production environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
• Experience leading projects and developing business cases.
• Proven ability to drive measurable improvements.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects across Operations.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering techniques to reduce waste.
• Partner with Performance Management Teams (PMTs), guiding problem solving, conflict resolution, and KPI alignment.
• Define project scopes, measuring ROI, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and tracking key metrics.
• Motivate cross-functional teams to drive a culture of excellence.
• Support communication and change management strategies to ensure project success and long-term sustainability.
• Participate in and sometimes lead special initiatives that require project management discipline.
