Job summary

Towne Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform apartment turnovers and upkeep across multiple communities. The role involves drywall repair, painting, caulking, and fixture replacement, plus basic plumbing/electrical work and appliance support.

You will collaborate with the Service Supervisor and maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks, maintain safety and quality, and support move-in readiness across Summit at Keystone, 7 Pointe, and Lawrence Landing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or related experience in apartment, residential, or property maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete a background and drug screening if offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment turnovers including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and fixture replacement.
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical work such as rebuilding faucets and replacing light bulbs and fixtures.
• Support appliance installation and repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe grounds and common areas.
• Complete work orders, mileage forms, and time sheets accurately and on time.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order.
• Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
