Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards and are turned to market-ready condition. You will perform repairs, caulking, paint touch-ups, and inspections across apartments, following make-ready checklists.

This role supports safety, cost-control, and resident satisfaction by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, maintaining common areas, and documenting work orders. Work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
