Job summary

RR Living is seeking a Turn-Quality Technician to help maintain interior standards for our apartments and prepare welcoming homes for new residents. You will support the Service team to ensure resident satisfaction and timely maintenance, working on-site across the community.

The role requires 1–2 years in multi-family housing, basic painting, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, and a HS diploma. You must be reliable, customer-focused, able to work evenings/weekends, and compliant with

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in multi-family housing.
• Painting experience preferred.
• Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be willing to interact with a wide variety of personalities and maintain public relations.
• OSHA knowledge and compliance with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cleans vacant units to prepare for move-ins.
• General housekeeping in community areas and management office.
• Recycles appropriate materials per training procedures.
• Reports maintenance items needing attention to management.
• Completes paperwork in a timely manner.
• Provides excellent customer service by answering questions or resolving issues.
