Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Service Technician for Park Place at Fountain Hills in Fountain Hills, AZ. You will maintain community operations by handling repairs and upkeep, delivering five-star service, and supporting make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, and carpentry, with a focus on safety and building systems. On-call rotation and certification pay are part of the role.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and OSHA standards.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Service orientation and basic English proficiency.
• Experience as apartment maintenance/turn technician is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and inform Facilities Manager.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Share on-call duty with team and respond in uniform/badge.
