Forty2 is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service residential apartment communities. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs, respond to requests promptly, and help prepare units for new residents.

The role requires basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge, tool use, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll maintain safety procedures, document work, and collaborate with residents and the management team.

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks in residential apartment communities. This role ensures the property is well-maintained, functional, and provides a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
