We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing team as a Service Technician at Florin Hill.

This is an early-career role where you can learn on the job, working closely with leaders who are well-versed in training you to succeed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate, through prior work experience, an aptitude for making minor repairs and adjustments to apartment homes while working on a team committed to making people feel special.

To be considered for the role, you must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles. You should also demonstrate a commitment to “always improving” and a willingness to be dependable to “deliver every day” by meeting our high standards of service and professionalism.

Key job activities

As a Service Technician, you will respond to resident requests for service within apartment systems, ensuring they feel valued during and after service appointments. You will manage outside vendors for some work and prepare apartments for new residents. Additionally, you will complete small projects to maintain common spaces and exteriors of our communities.

You will be part of the onsite operations team, working alongside a Service Manager, Leasing Managers, and the General Manager.

This position offers an hourly salary starting at $25, along with a health plan (medical, vision, dental, prescription drugs), paid vacation, a 401(k), short and long-term disability, and a flexible spending account.
