Job Responsibilities

1. Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
2. Perform apartment turnovers
3. Respond to emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Perform snow removal as needed
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
6. Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred but not required
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools required
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required upon conditional offer
