We are seeking an organized, dependable, motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. Seeking for someone who takes ownership of their property, communicates well, leads by example, and understand that successful property management requires leadership.

The Property Manager is responsible for overall performance of the community. You will oversee the operations, budgets, housekeeping, maintenance, relationship with vendors/contractors, marketing, and leasing of the whole property.

Our on-site teams are supported by a Regional Manager and company Owner to help ensure company policies and standards are consistently followed. We look for employees who take pride in their work, support their co-workers, and contribute to the overall feeling of the community providing wonderful place for residents to live.
