Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Omaha, NE to support the Property Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a multifamily community. This role emphasizes customer service, leasing activities, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in property management or leasing, strong communication, and solid computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel). On-site schedule includes day, weekend, and evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent follow up and follow through skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and resolving concerns promptly.
• Staying informed on market conditions and competitor properties to optimize leasing strategies.
• Monitoring tenant accounts and following up on delinquent payments.
• Supporting leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.
